Born in Sóller, Bishop Nadal was a very important person on the island. That's why we decided to commemorate the legacy of this distinguished figure (Bisbe in Catalan means bishop), whilst offering the quality, comfort and personal service demanded by the future. The modern refurbishment work undertaken in recent years includes a spacious lobby with a lift, a Bar/Lounge and an exclusive dining room located in the olive press, where the olives used to produce oil were traditionally pressed.
